Upcoming Pubs & A New Venture

Greetings, Friends. It’s been a busy summer!

I’m happy to say I have a few short prose pieces upcoming in September and October at The Airgonaut, Spartan Lit, and Ellipsis Zine. Stay tuned for more details as they come out.

Also, I’m super excited about my new editorial adventure — in partnership with co-editor, Lesley C. Weston, we’re launching a brand new quarterly journal for short prose, MoonPark Review.  We’re putting the finishing touches on Issue One, which will debut this Fall, and we’re open for submissions for Issue 2.  Check it out!

Amazing week

It’s been quite the dream writer’s week of good news. In addition to my short story, “Flares,” being named a Finalist in the Yemassee Fiction Contest, I’ve had two other short stories and a prose poem accepted (all in one week)!

My short story, “The Thermodynamics of Glass” was accepted for the “Wants & Needs” Issue of Litro Magazine.

My short story, “Phantom Advances” was accepted by The MacGuffin for their Spring-Summer, 2017 issue.

And my prose poem, “Survey” was accepted by Lost Balloon and will appear in the June/July timeframe.
